Q:

Do I have to sign a service agreement or contract?

A:

No way! We do business with a handshake and your good name. All we ask is that you give us at least 3 months to show you what we can do.

Q:

Why is it so important to wash my car?

A:

If you have a fairly new car, its paint job probably still looks pretty good, but unless you regularly wash and wax your car, it won't be long before the color starts to fade and rock chips begin to rust.

Q:

Does it help a car keep its value?

A:

Yes! Appearance is the first thing that people look for in a used car. If a car's finish turns buyers off, it's virtually impossible to get a good price no matter how well the car runs. The car which is noticeably rusted, dull and spotty will sell for significantly less than the same car with a showroom finish. Proper care of the car's appearance will definitely pay off at trade-in time!

A:

Q:

How much do you charge?

A:

It depends on the service package. Generally, it's 40%-60% off what you find at a local detail shop because there isn't as much overhead and overcharging. Unlike our competitors, we charge flat rates that don't vary with the size of a vehicle.

Q:

Can you just detail my vehicle once?

A:

We can, but your vehicle doesn't need to be cleaned just once a year. How often does your yard man come? Usually once a week or a couple times a month, right? When we come on a regular basis, your vehicle's condition is maintained and it won't take 4 hours to clean your vehicle every time. It's fast, convenient, and more affordable than dropping your vehicle off at a detail shop.

What's your service area?

A:

We service most of the Oklahoma City and Edmond at no additional charge. As far south as N. 50th, as far west as Hefner Parkway, as far East as I35 and as far north as Waterloo in Edmond. If your home or business is outside of this area, please contact us by phone or email. More than likely, we have an affordable business solution for you.

Q:

How long does it take?

A:

Your first time to wash and detail the inside of your vehicle can take up to 2 and a half hours if the carpets are bad. After the first wash and detail, the job usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half depending on the vehicle. A car wash with a spot free dry should normally take 45 minutes alone.

How do I pay?

A:

We prefer setting up automatic payment plans using your check/debit/credit card, but we also accept checks, and cash.

Q:

Can you clean my engine?

A:

Due to EPA regulations, we are not allowed to pressure wash the engine bay. However, if you are as serious about keeping your car clean as we are, you can schedule an engine bay wipe-down. This takes longer and costs more, but gives you the same results without all the mess.

Q:

Where do I go, how does it work?

A:

You don't have to go anywhere, we come to you! It can be your office or your driveway. It makes no difference to us. Simply schedule an appointment online.

Q:

What kind of services do you offer?

A:

Mobile car washing and detailing, concrete cleaning, window washing, and hot pressure washing. No job is too small or too big, we do it all.

Q:

If I sign up for a service package, do you always have to clean that same vehicle?

A:

Not necessarily. Most service packages allow for multiple vehicles to be washed during the course of a month. When considering which package would work best for you, please send us an email with your specific questions and situations.

Q:

What happens when it rains?

A:

That's easy! If we've washed your car within 36 hours of it raining, you just go online and schedule your free wash.

Q:

Do you come if it's overcast and looks like it's about to rain?

A:

Yes. As long as it's not physically raining or snowing at that moment, we come for the scheduled appointment. The weather is too unpredictable to just call it off. Remember we guarantee all of our work, so if it rains within 36 hours you get a free wash!

Q:

What happens if I forget about an appointment or just cancel it all together?

A:

If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a one time canceltation fee. Like any other business, we like to stay productive during our normal business hours. Forgetting about an appointment costs us more than just time. There is obviously the gas required to get to your preferred location, then the cost of paying the employee for the down time, and then we will follow up and get you get you rescheduled and back on track.
